Description:	On 5-11pm, Off if heavy wind/pouring rain. No music or radio station, just a ton of lights blinking. Driveway and sidewalk outlined in small red candy canes, "Merry Christmas" on the roof and windows outlined in lights. Couple of inflatables in the yard and multicolored lights outline the roof. Nextdoor neighbor also has tons of lights to compete at 4911 Briar St. I like his white arrow pointing to the chimney. Has large American flag in lights on front yard.
